In Store Jewelry Repair Policy

- Name, address, and phone number MUST be given on all items dropped off for repair.

- ALL pickups MUST be made using the claim ticket given upon drop off of item.

- If claim ticket is not presented, associates WILL ask for proper form of identification and/or additional verification information.

- If someone other than the named individual is to pick up the repair, please ensure the individual has the claim ticket. We WILL contact the named person on repair slip to verify that someone else is to pick up the repair item. If contact cannot be made, we will NOT release the item until proper contact is made with the client listed on the repair envelope.

- ALL items being picked up require a signature as proof of pick up.

- Gold Master is NOT responsible for items left more than sixty (60) days from the promised repair date.

- Any jewelry repair, watch repair, or custom make item left beyond sixty (60) days will be sold for repair costs, unless otherwise indicated. Please note all drop off dates and pick up accordingly.

Layaway Policy

- Gold Master offers 3, OR 6 month layaway plans.

- ALL layaways require a minimum of 20% down.

- NO REFUNDS: *If client changes his/her mind within one (1) week of putting item on layaway, a 25% restocking fee will be charged, and IN STORE CREDIT will be given. *If one (1) week has passed, then absolutely NO REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN.

- If payments are not made in a timely manner, ALL money will be lost and item will be returned to stock.

- If you’re allowed layaway time expires and no arrangements have been made, ALL money will be lost and item will return to stock.
